Service description
RICHDX AI provides source-backed municipal water/wastewater project intelligence. We do not guarantee project outcomes, award timing, budgets, or win rates.
Subscription and billing
Founding territory access is $199/month, billed monthly via Stripe. One user and one territory profile are included, with access across the NC, SC, and GA launch territory. The states selected in the profile control matching relevance and do not create separate state charges. Charges renew automatically unless cancelled through the billing portal before the next billing date.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime through the Stripe customer portal. Access continues through the current paid billing period. No cancellation fee applies.
Refunds
Get 5 qualified matches in the first 14 days after completing your territory and equipment setup. If fewer than 5 qualified matches are delivered during that window, we refund 100% of your first monthly payment. A qualifying opportunity is a unique, source-backed record published in your feed or digest during the first 14 days after payment and completed onboarding, accessible to you, and inside your saved territory and equipment category. Duplicate, recycled, rejected, superseded, inaccessible, or out-of-territory records do not count. Contact support@munibeacon.com within 14 calendar days after that qualifying window ends with your subscriber email, company, territory, equipment category, and a short explanation. Eligible claims receive a refund of 100% of the first successful monthly invoice through Stripe. The subscription stays active through the current paid period unless you cancel separately. Refund requests outside this guarantee are reviewed case by case.
Data licensing
Subscribers receive a limited, non-transferable license to use matched intelligence for internal sales and business development. Redistribution, resale, or bulk republication of curated records is prohibited.
Limitations of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RICHDX AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Acceptable use
Subscribers may not resell raw feed data, scrape the service, or use intelligence to misrepresent source-backed facts to third parties.
