Refund guarantee

If fewer than five qualifying opportunities match your initial equipment category and territory during the first 14 days after payment and completed onboarding, we refund 100% of your first successful monthly invoice. A qualifying opportunity is a unique, source-backed record published in your feed or digest during that window, accessible to you, and inside your saved territory and equipment category. Duplicate, recycled, rejected, superseded, inaccessible, or out-of-territory records do not count.

Email support@munibeacon.com within 14 calendar days after the qualifying window ends with your subscriber email, company, territory, equipment category, and a short explanation. We review claims within two business days of receiving the required information. The subscription stays active through the current paid period unless you cancel separately.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime through the Stripe customer portal. Access continues through the current paid billing period. No cancellation fee applies.
